Dez Stephens is the Dean of the Cosmic Blueprint Coaching Academy. She also serves as Dean of TimeCoach Academy and is the founder of Radiant Coaches Academy, where she trained and certified over 1,300 coaches across more than 25 countries.
An ICF Master Certified Coach (MCC) — the highest credential in the profession — she brings nearly two decades of experience designing and delivering ICF-accredited training.
Her work has spanned prisons, halfway houses, and international nonprofit initiatives. She is also the author of The Qualitarian and a producer on documentary and film projects.

This certification is designed primarily for ICF-certified coaches. Qualified practitioners with equivalent training, client-facing experience, and a clear scope of practice may also be considered.
No. This is a method certification, not a general coaching credential. It trains qualified practitioners to use the Cosmic Blueprint method responsibly inside their existing professional scope.
Certified practitioners will be trained to guide Cosmic Blueprint conversations, use Blueprint materials with clients, support integration, and apply the method inside approved coaching or facilitation contexts.
Not in the traditional sense. The program teaches practitioners how to translate Blueprint and chart-based material into reflective, client-centered coaching language. The focus is application, ethics, and integration.
The curriculum is currently being finalized. The program is structured around 15 modules, including foundations, Blueprint-specific training, synthesis mastery, ethics, business integration, and capstone review.
The certification is being designed to include application, practice, and review. Final cohort details will be announced when applications open.
Yes, qualified practitioners may apply if they have client-facing experience, an established professional scope, and a commitment to ethical use of the method.
Coaching is for clients who want help applying their own Blueprint. Certification is for practitioners who want to be trained to guide Cosmic Blueprint sessions with others.
Certification trains practitioners to facilitate Cosmic Blueprint conversations ethically and within scope. It does not certify practitioners as therapists, clinicians, medical providers, financial advisors, legal advisors, or employment evaluators. Certified practitioners must use the method within their existing qualifications and must adhere to the Cosmic Blueprint scope of practice. Cosmic Blueprint is a reflective coaching and self-understanding method. It is not diagnosis, prediction, clinical assessment, or a substitute for licensed professional care.
