What is a Cosmic Blueprint?▾
A Cosmic Blueprint is a focused, personalized reading based on your birth chart — translated into practical, everyday language. Each blueprint covers one life domain (like relationships, purpose, leadership, or emotion) so the guidance stays clear and usable.
What do I receive with a blueprint purchase?▾
You receive a downloadable PDF reading and ongoing Oracle Chat access for that blueprint. Chat message limits depend on your plan: Free includes 40 messages per month, Explorer includes 120, and Pro includes 400. You can return to your blueprint anytime and keep the PDF for life.
How long does delivery take?▾
Most blueprints are delivered within 2–5 minutes. During high demand, your reading enters a generation queue and may take up to a few hours. You will receive an email as soon as it is ready.
How do I access my blueprint after purchase?▾
You will receive an email with your Access Code (starting with AC_). Use it at app.cosmicblueprint.io/portal to view your PDF, chat with the Oracle, and manage your readings. You can also log in with your email and access code from any device.
Do I need my exact birth time?▾
An exact birth time gives the most precise chart. If you are unsure, you can still generate a strong reading — many insights remain accurate even with an approximate or unknown time. You can also correct your birth data later from your account settings.
Is this a subscription or a one-time purchase?▾
Each blueprint is a one-time purchase and yours permanently. We also offer optional subscription plans (Explorer at $14.99/mo and Pro at $24.99/mo) that unlock expanded Oracle Chat limits, deeper chart features, and additional tools inside the Atlas dashboard.
How do I cancel my subscription?▾
You can cancel anytime from your account settings or by contacting support. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you will continue to have full access until then. There are no cancellation fees.
Are refunds available?▾
Blueprint readings are personalized digital products delivered immediately, so individual blueprint sales are final. Subscription plans include a 24-hour prorated refund window after the initial charge. If you believe there was a billing error (such as a duplicate charge), contact support@cosmicblueprint.io with your order details and we will investigate.
What payment methods do you accept?▾
We process all payments securely through Stripe. All major credit and debit cards are accepted, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
Is my birth data private and secure?▾
Yes. Your birth data is encrypted and stored securely. It is never shared, sold, or used to train AI models. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from your account settings. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
Is my data used to train AI models?▾
No. Your birth data, chat messages, and reading content are never used to train or improve AI models. Every Oracle Chat interaction is private to your account.
