Subscription Terms

By subscribing to a recurring plan, you authorize recurring charges at the then-current rate. Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. You may cancel at any time via the Billing Portal or by contacting hello@cosmicblueprint.io. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

1. Subscription Plans

Cosmic Blueprint™ offers the following subscription tiers:

2. Automatic Renewal

2.1 How Auto-Renewal Works

All paid subscription plans are recurring subscriptions that automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.

• Billing Frequency: Charges occur on the same date each billing cycle (monthly or annually, depending on your plan).
• Renewal Amount: You will be charged the then-current rate for your plan. Prices may change with 30 days' advance notice via email.
• Payment Method: Charges are applied to the payment method you provided at signup or your most recently updated payment method.

2.2 What You're Authorizing

By subscribing, you explicitly authorize Cosmic Blueprint™ (via our payment processor) to charge your payment method automatically at the interval you selected until you cancel.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the end of the period you've already paid for.

4. Pricing, Taxes, and Billing

Subscription prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD) before checkout. The total amount you will be charged, including any applicable taxes, is clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.

Prices may change from time to time. If we increase the price of your subscription, we will provide you with at least 30 days' advance notice before the new price takes effect. You may cancel before the price change takes effect.

Taxes: Applicable sales tax will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your billing address.

5. EU/UK Consumer Rights Notice

5.1 Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have a legal right of withdrawal within 14 days of purchase without giving any reason.

5.2 Waiver for Immediate Digital Delivery

HOWEVER: By explicitly requesting immediate delivery of your personalized digital reading, you acknowledge and agree that:

1. You request performance to begin immediately upon purchase.
2. You acknowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal once performance is complete.
3. You expressly consent to immediate delivery and waive your right of withdrawal.

5.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5.4 Online Dispute Resolution

The European Commission provides an online dispute resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr

6. Price Changes

• We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days' advance written notice via email to the address associated with your account.
• If you do not agree to the new pricing, you may cancel before the effective date to avoid the new rate.
• Continued use of the service after the price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

7. Failed Payments

• If a payment fails, we will retry up to 3 times over 7 days.
• If all retries fail, your subscription will be paused and access to paid features will be suspended.
• You can update your payment method and reactivate your subscription at any time.
• Outstanding balances remain due even after cancellation.

8. Free Trials

• If offered, free trials automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period.
• You must cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
• Free trials are available to new subscribers only, one per account.

10. Governing Law

These Subscription Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, and are incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service.

These terms comply with California Automatic Renewal Law (Cal. Bus. & Prof. Code § 16700), Colorado Rev. Stat. § 6-1-713, FTC Negative Option Rule (16 CFR Part 425), and EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU.
