This document outlines Cosmic Blueprint's compliance with the European Union Artificial Intelligence Act (EU AI Act), Regulation (EU) 2024/1689.

System Classification

Cosmic Blueprint is classified as a Limited Risk AI System under the EU AI Act.

Rationale:

• The platform uses AI to generate personalized astrological interpretations
• Users are informed that they are interacting with AI-generated content
• The system does not make decisions about employment, credit, healthcare, education, housing, or legal matters
• The system does not use biometric categorization or emotion recognition
• The system does not generate deepfakes or manipulate human behavior

Transparency Obligations (Article 50)

• ✅ AI-generated content is clearly labeled as such
• ✅ Users understand the purpose and limitations of the AI system

Data Governance

• Training data (if any) is sourced from public domain astrological texts
• Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR
• We do not use personal data to train AI models
• OpenAI API is configured with zero data retention
