This Refund Policy applies to all purchases of personalized Cosmic Blueprint™ Readings delivered digitally via our application at app.cosmicblueprint.io. By purchasing a reading, you agree to this Refund Policy, which forms part of our Terms and Conditions.

2. Refund Policy

Cosmic Blueprint™ Readings are personalized, digital products generated immediately upon purchase. Subscriptions (Explorer, Pro) include a prorated refund within 24 hours of the initial charge.

Refunds are not provided for:

• Change of mind or dissatisfaction after the 24-hour window for subscriptions.
• One-time blueprint purchases, which are non-refundable due to their immediate digital delivery.
• Readings generated based on inaccurate or incomplete birth data provided by you (date, time, or location).
• Any subjective disagreement with the astrological or AI-generated insights.

If you believe there was a billing error (such as a duplicate charge), contact us at hello@cosmicblueprint.io and we will investigate and correct it promptly.

Cosmic Blueprint™ Readings are provided for entertainment and personal reflection purposes only and are inherently subjective.

3. Billing Errors and Access Issues

If you believe you were charged in error (such as a duplicate charge) or cannot access your reading within 24 hours of successful payment, contact us at hello@cosmicblueprint.io with your order ID. We will investigate and correct billing errors or restore access.

4. Chargebacks and Disputes

Initiating a chargeback or dispute with your payment provider (e.g., credit card issuer or Stripe) without first contacting us is considered a breach of this policy and our Terms and Conditions. For valid purchases that have been successfully delivered and accessible, chargebacks will result in immediate and permanent revocation of access to the reading, your account, and any related content.

We encourage you to reach out to us directly first so we can resolve any issues amicably. Unwarranted chargebacks may incur additional administrative fees that we reserve the right to recover.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on our site. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
