About Dez
A seasoned holistic coach, educator, and social entrepreneur since 2005, Dez Stephens is the Dean of the Cosmic Blueprint Coaching Academy. She also serves as Dean of TimeCoach Academy, an ICF-accredited international coaching school based in Spain.
Through Radiant Coaches Academy, she trained and certified over 1,300 coaches across more than 25 countries and earned the ICF Tennessee Prism Award for scholarship-based training initiatives in Honduras.
Her work blends evidence-based coaching, humanitarian leadership, and a long view of transformation. It spans prisons, halfway houses, international nonprofits, and global coaching communities.
