Why Is My Generation Stuck or Failed?

Most generations finish in 4–8 minutes but can take up to 15 minutes. If yours hangs or fails, here are the usual causes and fixes. We will email you when the PDF is rendered even if you’re disconnected.

Common Causes & Fixes

Location not found: City spelling or time zone issue. Try a nearby major city.
Time format wrong: Use AM/PM or 24-hour (e.g., 15:42). Include AM/PM if unsure.
Network/browser glitch: Refresh page, clear cache, or try another browser.
Temporary delay: Rare server load. Wait 5–10 minutes and refresh.
High demand spike: Generation may queue during peak traffic.
Birth time missing: If time is blank or 00:00 by accident, re-enter and retry.
Invalid characters: Remove extra symbols in city or time fields.
Multiple tabs: Generation started in one tab — check the original tab or refresh your library.
Email mismatch: Make sure you’re logged in with the same email you purchased with.
