Troubleshooting Tips

Chat not opening or feels locked? Make sure your blueprint generation is complete (status “Completed”). Oracle unlocks only after the reading is ready.

No memory of previous chats? Try refreshing the portal or logging out/in. It should pick up automatically using your access code.
