My PDF Is Missing or Won’t Download
Your PDF should appear right after generation finishes. Here’s how to fix it if it’s not showing.
Quick Fixes
- Refresh the portal page — sometimes UI needs a reload.
- Make sure generation reached “Completed” status.
- Link expired? Go to My Library → your reading → click “Download PDF” for a fresh link.
- Browser blocking download? Allow downloads from app.cosmicblueprint.io or right-click → Save Link As.
