What Happens After I Pay?

Once your payment is successful, everything moves automatically into your personal Cosmic Blueprint portal.

Here’s what you’ll experience — step by step

  • You’re taken to the welcome screen (this connects your purchase to your account).
  • Enter your birth details: birth date, birth time (as exact as possible, or 12:00 PM if unknown), and birth city & country.
  • Your reading starts generating — you’ll see “processing” (usually 1–3 minutes).
  • Your reading appears in My Library with your PDF download + Oracle Chat access.
  • Oracle Chat becomes available once the reading is complete.

Where everything lives

  • My Library — All your readings and PDFs (one place for everything you’ve purchased).
  • Oracle Chat — Your personal guide (opens after generation).
  • My Account — Manage billing, linked emails, and subscription settings.

If nothing shows up after payment

  • Refresh the page once.
  • Check your email for your Access Code and use it to return.
  • Make sure you’re logged in with the same email you paid with.
