SOUND FAMILIAR?
Your life has many moving parts.Where should your focus go?
Zi Wei Dou Shu gives those different life domains a structure—and a daily way to consider which one is highlighted.
“I know what matters to me. Why does my focus keep shifting?”
CHANGING PRIORITIES
A daily palace offers a way to reflect on changing areas of attention.
“How do the different parts of my life connect?”
LIFE DOMAINS
The natal chart organizes different domains into an integrated structure.
“Why doesn't a single zodiac sign tell the whole story?”
PERSONAL CONTEXT
Zi Wei offers another birth-chart framework with its own internal structure.
“Can I use a daily reading without treating it as a prediction?”
REFLECTION, NOT FATE
An activated palace points to a theme, not an event guaranteed to occur.
A BETTER WAY
A daily focus is only part of the chart.
A traditional Zi Wei natal chart is organized around twelve palaces and star configurations. Cosmic Blueprint connects that larger birth-chart framework to an activated palace and a life-domain interpretation in Atlas.

COMMON QUESTIONS
Understanding your Zi Wei chart.
What is Zi Wei Dou Shu?+
Zi Wei Dou Shu, often called Purple Star Astrology, is a traditional Chinese astrological system that uses a structured natal chart with twelve palaces and star configurations. This page describes the palace information currently surfaced by Cosmic Blueprint.
What are the twelve palaces?+
They are sectors of the natal chart associated with different life domains, including self, relationships, resources, work, and family. The chart is a whole framework, not twelve independent predictions.
Is an activated palace the same as a prediction?+
No. The active palace identifies a domain for interpretation and reflection. It does not guarantee a particular event in that area.
How does the daily Focus reading work?+
Atlas presents the currently activated palace and a life-domain description alongside its Focus interpretation. A previous-to-current palace comparison may appear when available.
Does Zi Wei Dou Shu use stars?+
Traditionally, yes. Stars and their positions are part of the wider natal-chart framework. The current daily Focus presentation emphasizes the activated palace; we do not claim every traditional star technique is exposed in Atlas.
Do I need an accurate birth time?+
Birth details, including time, matter to many Zi Wei chart constructions. Use the most accurate birth information available; the app's handling of uncertain birth times should be checked before making more specific guarantees.
Is Zi Wei the same as BaZi?+
No. Both are associated with Chinese astrological traditions, but their chart structures and interpretive methods differ.
Can I explore more than today's palace?+
The Atlas Focus card is a concise entry point. Use the dedicated Zi Wei board to explore the available underlying chart information.
